1. General Provisions

1.1. These Rules govern the procedure for organizing and holding a promotion on the website bigrentier.com

The promotion is not advertising in nature, is not based on risk, is not a lottery and is not an incentive event.

1.3. For the purposes of these Promotion Rules, the following terms are used in the following meaning:

1.6. These Promotion Rules and the terms of the Promotion set forth in the information message on the social network constitute the uniform Promotion Rules (hereinafter - Promotion Rules / Rules).

The conditions of the Promotion set forth in the information message on the social network contain:

• terms for issuing gifts. Unless otherwise specified, the period for issuing a gift is 4 (four) months from the date of the announcement of the Winner.

1.8. These Rules are a public offer addressed by the Organizer to all potential Participants of the Promotion. 2. The method and procedure for informing about the terms and conditions of the Promotion

4.2. Violation of the requirements provided for by these Rules, including those imposed on the Participants of the Promotion, revealed during the Promotion, entails the invalidity of the status of the Participant of the Promotion (disqualification).

4.3. Employees and representatives of the Organizer and persons affiliated with them, members of their families, as well as employees of other legal entities and / or individual entrepreneurs involved in organizing and conducting the Campaign, and their family members cannot be Participants of the Promotion.

4.4. The Participant of the Promotion has the right:

4.6. The Participant cannot transfer and / or in any other way assign his rights related to participation in the Promotion to a third party.

• 5. Provisions on the Winner and the results of the Promotion

• 5.1. The winner of the Promotion can be selected in one of the following ways, which is also indicated in the information message:

5.2. The results of the Promotion are posted by the Organizer in an information message on the social network.

5.3. Delivery of the Gift to the Winner

5.3.4. The Winner of the Promotion, providing personal data according to the rules of this section of the Rules in order to receive the Gift, freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, gives an unlimited consent to the Organizer of the Promotion to the processing of his personal data listed in clause 5.3.3. of these Rules, including any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data in order to fulfill obligations that have arisen or may arise for the Organizer in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to the above:

• to issue a Gift to the Participant of the Promotion, recognized as the Winner in accordance with these Rules;

• to fulfill the duties of a tax agent, in cases prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and / or the corresponding state on the territory of which the Promotions are held.

The period for processing personal data is determined by the achievement of the purpose of processing personal data, except for cases of refusal of the subject of personal data from processing personal data and sending a document with the requirement to stop processing personal data and destroy personal data to the Organizer.

5.3.7. From the moment of receipt of the Gift by the Winner of the Promotion, the latter bears the risk of its accidental death or damage.

5.3.8. A Gift that is not claimed before the date of issue of the Gift specified in the information message on the social network is not issued by the Promoter and is used at his own discretion.

5.3.9. The gift is considered unclaimed if the Organizer is unable to contact the Participant, recognized as the Winner, through the exchange of information messages by e-mail, within 2 (two) months from the date of the Winner's announcement, and / or if the Winner has not received the documents and information that are a condition for the issuance of the Gift, in accordance with cl. 5.3.2. 5.3.3. of these Rules.

5.3.10. The Organizer has the right to refuse delivery of the Gift if

• the person who claims to be recognized as the Winner and to receive the Prize is not such as a result of the Promotion;

• within the period specified in the Rules, no documents and information were received from the Winner, which are a condition for the issuance of the Prize, in accordance with cl. 5.3.2. 5.3.3. of these Rules;

• The winner has provided false information about himself, provided it untimely or otherwise violated the terms of these Rules. 3.11. The winner of the Promotion independently fulfills the tax obligations on the territory of his country related to his receipt of the Prize as a result of participation and victory in the Promotion, in accordance with the legislation of the state of which he is a resident, in particular, he independently notifies the relevant tax authority and pays tax.

• 6. Content. Intellectual property law

6.2. 6.3. Clarifications must correspond to the actual data, be up-to-date, correct and reliable.

6.4. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant guarantees that:

- He is the legal owner of the Content presented as part of the Promotion, has an exclusive right in relation to him;

- The Content does not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation, the legislation of other states on the territory of which the Promotion is held, does not contain offensive information, as well as information that contradicts moral principles and generally recognized values;

- The content of the Content does not violate the rights of third parties;

- In the event that third parties file claims against the Organizer regarding the use of the Content, the Promotion Participant undertakes to independently and at his own expense settle all disputable issues with the persons who filed these claims;

- If third parties in court or otherwise dispute their rights to use the Content with the Organizer, the Participant is obliged to take part in the proceedings on the side of the relevant Organizer and prove the legality of the use of the Content by the relevant Organizer;

- If the Participant is unable to prove the legality of the use and disposal of the Content, and the Organizer is held liable, the Participant is obliged to reimburse the Organizer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of entry into force of the decision of the court and / or other body considering the dispute, court costs , the amount to be collected from the Organizer in favor of a third party, other costs associated with the proceedings, including the costs of the services of legal representatives;

- The Organizer is released from the obligation to pay additional remuneration to third parties for using the Content on the terms of these Rules;

- The Organizer has the right to use the Content anonymously, i.e. without specifying the names of authors and other creators;

- The Organizer has the right to publish the Content, that is, the right to take an action or consent to an action that for the first time makes the Content available to the public by publishing it;

- The Organizer has the right to make changes, abbreviations and additions to the Content; the right to provide the Content when using it with comments and explanations. The Participant hereby confirms that the specified use of the Content will not constitute a violation of the right to inviolability of the work.

6.4. Taking part in the Promotion and taking actions to add Content, the Participant, from the moment the Content is added to the site bigrentier.com, grants the Organizer the right to use the Content on the basis of a non-exclusive license, for the entire duration of the exclusive right to the Content in all countries of the world, at no cost, by all means.

6.5. This license is provided by the Participant for the use of the Content by the Organizer for statutory purposes by any means not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as by the legislation of the states of the Territory of the Promotion, including through:

- display during the Promotion;

- publications in magazines and print and electronic media;

- keeping the Content submitted for participation in the Competition in their archives (in electronic or other formats) for five years from the date of the Competition;

- posting the Content on the websites of the Organizer and / or its partners (bringing it to the public);

- using the Content for photo albums, information booklets, digital media and other products of the Organizer, including souvenirs.

6.6. By virtue of these Rules, the Promotion Participant also grants the Organizer the right to sublicense and assign all or any rights granted to him by the Participant in accordance with these Rules to third parties, provided that the Organizer will not be responsible for all actions and omissions of its sublicensees.

Final provisions

7.1. The Promoter has the right to unilaterally amend these Rules and / or the information message on the social network without prior notification of the Promo Participants both before the Promo starts and at any time after the Promo starts. 7.2. The decisions made by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion on all issues related to the Promotion are considered final.

7.3. The Promoter is obliged, in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the legislation of the states of the Territory of the Promo, to provide information about the Promoter to third parties.

7.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of its obligations resulting from failures in telecommunication and energy networks, actions of malicious programs, as well as unfair actions of third parties aimed at unauthorized access and / or disabling the software and / or hardware complex of the Organizer ...

7.5. The organizer has the right to involve third parties to fulfill the obligations assumed under the Promotion.

7.6. The Participant of the Promotion undertakes not to declare, post, publish, and also not be the reason and / or initiator of posting, publishing on the Internet, in the media or in any other way information, messages, materials that can damage the Organizer's business reputation through negative comments or in another way (negative reviews in writing and orally, etc.).

7.7. The Promotion, these Rules, as well as any activity of the Participant / Winner, the Organizer related to the Promotion, are governed by the current legislation of Russian and international legislation.
