1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules govern the procedure for organizing and holding a promotion on the website bigrentier.com
1.2. The action is carried out in order to increase the user audience, popularize the site bigrentier.com actual users of bigrentier.com (end users), filling bigrentier.com with custom Content. The promotion is not advertising in nature, is not based on risk, is not a lottery and is not an incentive event.
1.3. For the purposes of these Promotion Rules, the following terms are used in the following meaning:
Gift - an award in the form of property, certificates, intended for transfer to the Winner / Winners in accordance with the terms of the Promotion.
Winner - a participant of the Promotion, recognized as such in accordance with the requirements for the Winner of the Promotion, set out in the information message on the Instagram social network ( https://www.instagram.com )

1.6. These Promotion Rules and the terms of the Promotion set forth in the information message on the social network constitute the uniform Promotion Rules (hereinafter - Promotion Rules / Rules).
The conditions of the Promotion set forth in the information message on the social network contain:

terms for issuing gifts. Unless otherwise specified, the period for issuing a gift is 4 (four) months from the date of the announcement of the Winner.

Participation in the Promotion (execution of the task, the essence of which is disclosed in the information message on the social network) is voluntary and means familiarization and unconditional consent of the Promotion Participants with the Promotion Rules posted and / or available on the Internet at the addresses specified in clause 7.8. of these Rules.
1.8. These Rules are a public offer addressed by the Organizer to all potential Participants of the Promotion. The actual execution of the assignment, posting a review of the existing property based on its actual use on the website bigrentier.com, and reporting this on the social network instagram.com, is considered as the Participant's unconditional consent to the terms of the Rules. From this moment, the Rules acquire for the Participant and the Organizer the force of a legally significant agreement defining the rights and obligations of these persons related to the organization and conduct of the Promotion.
2. The method and procedure for informing about the terms and conditions of the Promotion
2.1. The Organizer informs potential Participants about the Promotion by posting an information message on the social network and / or by other means at the option of the Promotion Organizer.
3. Provisions on the gift fund
3.1. The gift fund is formed at the expense of the Promotion Organizer

4.2. Violation of the requirements provided for by these Rules, including those imposed on the Participants of the Promotion, revealed during the Promotion, entails the invalidity of the status of the Participant of the Promotion (disqualification).
4.3. Employees and representatives of the Organizer and persons affiliated with them, members of their families, as well as employees of other legal entities and / or individual entrepreneurs involved in organizing and conducting the Campaign, and their family members cannot be Participants of the Promotion.
4.4. The Participant of the Promotion has the right:

4.5. 4.6. The Participant cannot transfer and / or in any other way assign his rights related to participation in the Promotion to a third party.

5. Provisions on the Winner and the results of the Promotion

5.1. The winner of the Promotion can be selected in one of the following ways, which is also indicated in the information message:

5.2. The results of the Promotion are posted by the Organizer in an information message on the social network.
5.3. Delivery of the Gift to the Winner
5.3.1 Within 2 (two) months from the date of the announcement of the Winner, the representative of the Organizer contacts the Winner to agree on the procedure and method for giving out the gift. Communication with the Winner is carried out by the Organizer by sending an information message to the account on the social network.
5.3.2. Delivery of the Gift to the Winner is carried out after the Winner's identification.
5.3.3. Personal data that the Winner provides to the representative of the Promo Organizer:

5.3.4. The Winner of the Promotion, providing personal data according to the rules of this section of the Rules in order to receive the Gift, freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, gives an unlimited consent to the Organizer of the Promotion to the processing of his personal data listed in clause 5.3.3. of these Rules, including any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data in order to fulfill obligations that have arisen or may arise for the Organizer in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to the above:

The period for processing personal data is determined by the achievement of the purpose of processing personal data, except for cases of refusal of the subject of personal data from processing personal data and sending a document with the requirement to stop processing personal data and destroy personal data to the Organizer.
5.3.5. The User undertakes not to provide the Organizer with personal data of third parties, and also not to transfer any other information for illegal purposes or for any other purposes that do not correspond to the purposes related to the Promotion.
5.3.6. By providing all the necessary information and documents to the Organizer, the Participant who won the Gift confirms that:

5.3.7. From the moment of receipt of the Gift by the Winner of the Promotion, the latter bears the risk of its accidental death or damage.
5.3.8. A Gift that is not claimed before the date of issue of the Gift specified in the information message on the social network is not issued by the Promoter and is used at his own discretion.
5.3.9. The gift is considered unclaimed if the Organizer is unable to contact the Participant, recognized as the Winner, through the exchange of information messages by e-mail, within 2 (two) months from the date of the Winner's announcement, and / or if the Winner has not received the documents and information that are a condition for the issuance of the Gift, in accordance with cl. 5.3.2. 5.3.3. of these Rules.
5.3.10. The Organizer has the right to refuse delivery of the Gift if

the person who claims to be recognized as the Winner and to receive the Prize is not such as a result of the Promotion;

within the period specified in the Rules, no documents and information were received from the Winner, which are a condition for the issuance of the Prize, in accordance with cl. 5.3.2. 5.3.3. of these Rules;

The winner has provided false information about himself, provided it untimely or otherwise violated the terms of these Rules. 3.11. The winner of the Promotion independently fulfills the tax obligations on the territory of his country related to his receipt of the Prize as a result of participation and victory in the Promotion, in accordance with the legislation of the state of which he is a resident, in particular, he independently notifies the relevant tax authority and pays tax.
